- Manage DSV’s key and strategic global accounts on a daily basis
- Safeguard client satisfaction across assigned accounts
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support global sales strategy
- Coordinate operational requirements and maintain visibility into service performance
- Lead and support the operational implementation of new business
- Gather and distribute statements of work and procedural information across the organization
- Track account service levels to confirm client requirements and performance metrics are met
- Investigate service failures in partnership with operations management
- Help develop and implement corrective action plans
- Identify IT and EDI requirements and confirm systems support client needs
- Contribute to account development with Global Sales
- Partner with Global Account Managers to win new business while retaining existing accounts
- Recruit, place, and provide initial training for personnel
- Evaluate employee performance against client policies and established statements of work

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 7 years of relevant management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Project management capability
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Additional language proficiency is preferred
