- At least three years of experience in outreach, a contact center, or customer service; healthcare experience is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and initiative, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Effective, persuasive communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Use discretion and protect patient information.
- CRM or electronic health record (EHR/EMR) experience is preferred.
- Leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
