Apraksts

  • Contact members by phone and schedule clinical assessment visits.
  • Explain Tuesday Health services, address concerns, and answer questions.
  • Connect members with services during initial outreach.
  • Provide ongoing phone support to members and caregivers.
  • Create approaches that help reach members.
  • Track member enrollment and participation, and meet performance targets.
  • Follow information security and privacy requirements.
  • Use reports and dashboards to prioritize outreach.
  • Meet or exceed engagement targets.

Prasības

  • At least three years of experience in outreach, a contact center, or customer service; healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and initiative, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • Effective, persuasive communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Use discretion and protect patient information.
  • CRM or electronic health record (EHR/EMR) experience is preferred.
  • Leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Alignment with Tuesday Health’s core values.
  • Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
