  • Direct the post-sale delivery of multiple brand campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales leads to build strong client relationships.
  • Set client expectations and communicate updates and next steps.
  • Lead and mentor client service professionals.
  • Manage post-sale accounts to grow repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Support key client pitches by identifying potential creators and advising on scope and pricing.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly gross and net revenue targets.
  • Coach the team on budget management.
  • Forecast and track project costs, keeping clients informed about spending.
  • Oversee revenue recognition and report campaign delivery to leadership.
  • Prepare and present post-campaign analysis reports and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage campaign setup, schedules, negotiations, contracts, content reviews, and delivery.
  • Work with internal and external partners on final analysis and reporting.
  • Improve processes and maintain regular meeting schedules.
  • Use Waves, Google Workspace, Slack, and HubSpot for campaign work.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 6 years of client services experience at an agency or brand in influencer marketing, advertising, social media, media, or creative work.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media, and revenue-focused organizations.
  • Experience preparing and presenting post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Ability to review legal agreements with creators and brands, including usage rights and payment terms.
  • Experience with revenue recognition systems and processes.
  • Commercial awareness, strong organization and communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to identify and source creator talent.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with creators, agents, managers, or attorneys.
  • Ability to scope and plan content calendars using creator rates and client KPIs.
  • Experience with creator outreach and relationship management on TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snap.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaign responsibilities and projects at once.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, numbers, and data analysis.
  • Confidence leading client calls, presentations, and strategic discussions.
  • General knowledge of the travel and beauty markets is a plus.
  • Deck design experience and a genuine interest in travel or beauty are bonuses.
