Working Student Customer Support – Digital Health

Tavsif

  • Respond to participant questions through WhatsApp and email
  • Apply support guidelines and record agreed next steps
  • Assist with participant check-ins
  • Keep treatment plans updated using standardized templates
  • Process administrative requests, including delivery-status questions and address changes
  • Recognize questions requiring medical clarification and escalate them through established procedures
  • Work regular two-hour weekday morning shifts
  • Take occasional weekend or late-evening shifts when available
  • Cover planned absences and vacations by arrangement
  • Share recurring questions and process-improvement ideas with the team
  • Refine support responses and workflows

Talablar

  • Availability for regular weekday morning work of approximately two hours, ideally on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays
  • Weekend availability or occasional evening shifts from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. is advantageous
  • Ability to cover longer shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or afternoon shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. by arrangement
  • Excellent written German and a clear, courteous communication style
  • Experience in customer-facing work or support
  • Strong organization when managing several open requests
  • Reliable follow-through, careful documentation, and willingness to ask questions when details are unclear
  • Responsible approach to health-related topics and a clear understanding of the role’s boundaries
  • Prior medical experience is highly valued, such as nursing, an MFA or PTA qualification, or healthcare-related studies
  • Experience with digital patient care, GLP-1 therapies, or tools such as Superchat is helpful
