Tavsif

  • Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and application screening through interview coordination, hiring tracking, and offer support
  • Deliver clear, timely communication throughout the candidate journey
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR system administration
  • Answer employee questions about people processes, policies, and benefits
  • Coordinate with the People Team and external providers to resolve employee inquiries
  • Help deliver engagement programs, team-building activities, learning initiatives, and company events
  • Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities

Talablar

  • Two to four years of experience in HR or People Operations
