Tavsif

  • Send weekly performance reports to customers and clients
  • Follow up with clients, customers, leads, and prospects
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling and rescheduling
  • Track and resolve pipeline or scheduling issues
  • Provide administrative and calendar support
  • Monitor incoming email and respond promptly during working hours
  • Organize information and follow up on open tasks
  • Help create and manage geofencing marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with data providers and campaign platforms
  • Use Simplify for campaign setup, payments, and related workflows
  • Apply established campaign creation and management procedures
  • Perform cold outreach by email and LinkedIn
  • Support lead follow-up and pipeline tracking
  • Make outbound and client follow-up calls
  • Manage U.S.-based client calls through the company-provided dialer
  • Follow up with leads generated through networking and business development
  • Process business card photos or details and organize them for follow-up
  • Create simple marketing materials in Canva
  • Handle ad hoc administrative, marketing, and organizational assignments

Talablar

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Prior experience with cold outreach, especially through email or LinkedIn
  • Confidence making outbound calls and following up with clients or prospects
  • Strong organization skills and careful attention to detail
  • Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Positive, diligent, and practical approach to solving problems
  • Ability to handle competing tasks and priorities
  • Experience as a virtual, administrative, sales, outreach, or marketing assistant preferred
  • Marketing campaign management or comparable platform experience is advantageous
  • Canva experience or basic creative skills is advantageous
  • Quick to learn new software and operating procedures
  • Availability during the client's Pacific Time business hours preferred
  • Familiarity with Simplify, Canva, LinkedIn, email, the company dialer, data providers, and internal systems, or the ability to learn them
