- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Copilot AI functional workstreams for client engagements
- Convert client requirements and business needs into CRM solution designs and delivery plans
- Direct CRM implementation activities, including configuration decisions, deployment, and issue resolution
- Coordinate integration planning across Dynamics 365, CRM architecture, and connected applications
- Coach team members and provide feedback on project deliverables
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Provide user training and adoption support for Microsoft CRM applications
- Identify AI-enabled improvements that can increase operational efficiency and client outcomes
- Partner with client stakeholders to prioritize solutions, address concerns, and adjust plans as requirements evolve
Talablar
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least five years of professional experience
- One or more relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications, including Solution Architect-level or application certifications
- Demonstrated functional leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Copilot AI
- Experience leading CRM implementation planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
- Ability to translate system interactions into client-focused solution recommendations
- Experience mentoring teams through feedback, reviews, and coaching
- Ability to apply AI knowledge to operational efficiency and user training
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery now or in the future, except as permitted by PwC policy
- A Master's degree or Master of Business Administration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is preferred
