Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst
Support Reply Brazil’s internal IT operations by managing devices, servers, backups, and Microsoft 365. The role spans infrastructure administration and user support at a multinational technology solutions company.
Tavsif
- Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 ServiceNow tickets.
- Coordinate employee technology onboarding and offboarding.
- Set up and configure Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android computers and mobile devices.
- Manage devices with Microsoft Intune and Apple MDM.
- Administer Windows Server and Linux servers and virtual machines.
- Run backups with Veeam and Azure Backup, and conduct regular restore tests.
- Monitor local infrastructure with Zabbix and maintain automation scripts.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Respond to endpoint cybersecurity incidents at the first level.
- Assist with basic logical configuration of the local network.
- Plan and implement environment changes (GMUD), and maintain technical documentation.
- Track IT licenses and assets, and coordinate local vendors.
- Provide technical support for corporate events, training, and customer demonstrations.
- Serve as the local contact for global teams in Italy and communicate in English.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes, including with artificial intelligence.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- Intermediate conversational English.
- Strong experience with current versions of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
- Experience with Zabbix or a comparable monitoring tool.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Apple MDM.
- Hands-on virtualization and virtual machine administration experience.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and domain-joining computers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 operations, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM tool.
- Backup experience with Veeam Backup and Azure Backup.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and subnetting.
- End-user support experience with macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Understanding of endpoint security, including Microsoft Defender and compliance policies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Operational experience with Linux.
- Ability to write automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot for automation, scripting, documentation, and assisted troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL and SQL Server databases.
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 or AZ-104, or equivalent credentials, are a plus.
