Tavsif

  • Act as the CEO’s primary operational partner at a growing construction technology company
  • Own the CEO’s calendar, daily agenda, and shifting priorities
  • Coordinate meetings involving multiple stakeholders
  • Manage the CEO’s inbox, respond to inquiries, and conduct communications on his behalf
  • Arrange business and personal travel, reservations, and related logistics
  • Prepare meeting materials, coordinate follow-ups, and distribute concise recaps
  • Research topics, assess business proposals, locate files, and draft documents
  • Complete personal administration, including bill payments and coordination with insurance, rental property, and legal contacts
  • Provide administrative support to a second company principal
  • Handle office management responsibilities and other ad hoc assignments
  • Use AI tools each day while developing into a proactive operator who anticipates requirements
  • Submit an English resume in the specified format and a one-minute introduction video during the application process

Talablar

  • Excellent written and spoken English with consistent, proactive communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized working practices
  • Dependable, high-speed internet connection
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Daily experience using Claude and ChatGPT, including strong prompting ability
  • Previous experience supporting leadership at a rapidly growing company
  • Executive Assistant experience supporting a C-level leader is preferred
  • Experience reviewing and interpreting business proposals is preferred
  • Positive and personable approach is preferred
  • Growth mindset and capacity to develop with a fast-growing company over the long term are preferred
  • Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week
  • Ability to work CST hours
