  • Oversee recruiting from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, submissions, and hiring coordination.

  • Handle multiple vacancies across different companies and markets.
  • Keep candidate pipelines organized and provide regular recruiting updates.

Talablar

  • Bring at least 3–5 years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Have direct experience recruiting for residential roofing, including successful hiring of commission-based Roofing Sales Representatives.
  • Understand roofing sales and operations, including the qualifications associated with successful candidates.
  • Recruit across sales, accounting, administration, production, customer service, and management roles.
  • Independently create job descriptions and recruiting advertisements.
  • Have experience working directly with middle managers, managing members, and executive leadership.
  • Source candidates effectively through Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Communicate, interview, evaluate candidates, and build professional relationships effectively.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently.
  • Support recruiting across Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.
  • Stay organized and accountable, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruiting records.
  • Know professional recruiting practices and applicable hiring regulations.
