Opis

  • Advise advisors across Osaic’s network on succession and acquisitions.
  • Contribute to the development of an internal acquisition lending program.
  • Build, manage, improve, and promote Osaic’s succession and acquisition initiatives.
  • Monitor succession and acquisition activity and prepare reports for the SVP and senior management.
  • Help create and maintain Osaic’s interactive matching site for financial advisors.
  • Coordinate with the Succession & Acquisition Team and partners in Business Development, Transitions, Legal, Compliance, Licensing & Registration, and Commission.
  • Guide advisors through succession and acquisition workflows as they move through the succession continuum.
  • Support financial and cash flow modeling, Excel tracking, SharePoint resources, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Coach advisors in benchmarking practice profitability, transferability, and business risk.
  • Create regional and other value-added succession planning meetings.
  • Develop and maintain campaigns that educate leading producers about succession and continuity planning.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned.

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Significant relevant practical experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
  • At least five years of industry experience, preferably with a major broker-dealer.
  • Experience in business coaching, practice management, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial practice benchmarking and valuation, and process-driven work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with financial modeling and valuation methods is beneficial.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple, varied tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate ideas and objectives across departments.
  • Commercial lending experience preferred.
  • CPA, CFP, or CFA credentials preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses preferred.
  • Business valuation credentials such as CVA, AVA, ABV, ASA, or CBA preferred.
