Opis
- Manage customer service systems, knowledge bases, chatbot flows and automation processes.
- Keep configurations accurate and systems operating reliably.
- Track system performance and analyse customer interaction data.
- Resolve issues and coordinate testing, releases and enhancements with internal teams and vendors.
- Find and deliver improvements to digital journeys, system integrations, data quality and self-service tools.
- Help optimise and enhance chatbot, AI and self-service platforms.
- Improve efficiency, customer experience, automation, contact demand and end-to-end customer journeys.

- Experience with customer experience systems, CRM platforms, digital channels or contact centre technology.
