Descriere

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for office-based roles and selected retail positions
  • Hire across junior specialist, individual contributor, and senior leadership roles
  • Advise hiring managers and collaborate with stakeholders throughout recruitment
  • Lead structured intake meetings, interviews, and assessment processes
  • Provide candidates with clear, professional, and timely communication
  • Serve as a key contact for Teamtailor while improving its use
  • Analyze recruitment data to uncover bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate and pilot AI, automation, and digital recruitment tools
  • Handle candidate data in line with privacy and information security requirements
  • Help continuously improve recruitment processes and tools
  • Build a more efficient, data-driven, and candidate-focused recruitment experience
  • Report to the Head of People Experience & Operations

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience advising hiring managers
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows
  • Strong digital skills and confidence using diverse technology tools
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and assessments
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently
  • Practical experience using Teamtailor
  • Experience applying AI or automation in recruitment or HR
  • Experience with recruitment analytics, assessment tools, or system integrations
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Final candidates must complete background checks
