Descriere

  • Lead BeOne’s finance transformation initiative at a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company
  • Oversee governance, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide finance transformation work
  • Direct zero-based budgeting, data model redesign, financial systems, and global process improvement
  • Build business cases for new or redesigned operating models
  • Set and deliver a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and budget priorities
  • Establish initiative scope, analysis needs, sequencing, milestones, and delivery goals
  • Manage dependencies and coordinate contributions across functions
  • Design standardized global finance processes, governance, and operating models
  • Revamp financial management reports and create allocation methodologies
  • Oversee FP&A processes and governance of financial master data
  • Recommend finance transformation initiatives and ensure Finance Leadership Team decisions are implemented
  • Prepare analysis and presentations for the CFO, Finance Leadership Team, and other executives
  • Keep leaders informed about progress, risks, investment trade-offs, and decisions required
  • Set objectives and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Manage external consultants and vendors, including scopes, quality assurance, integration, and costs
  • Create and deliver finance training and education for internal stakeholders

Cerințe

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in finance, business administration, management, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation
  • Ability to synthesize corporate strategy and its financial implications, then present findings to senior management for key decisions
  • Experience advising external or internal clients in pharma or biotech, technology, or other fast-growth industries
  • Experience analyzing financial statements and their interdependencies, including financial modeling, economic and break-even analysis, and return on investment
  • Ability to coordinate with and influence cross-functional teams and colleagues outside the core project team
  • Experience managing multiple business projects with distinct objectives and deadlines at the same time
  • Knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Public company finance experience covering financial planning, long-range planning, annual operating plans, reporting cycles, and zero-based budgeting
  • Experience leading finance transformation projects involving financial systems, data models, and process stewardship
  • Cross-functional finance expertise in a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable
