- Provide candidates with clear, professional, and timely communication
- Serve as a key contact for Teamtailor while improving its use
- Analyze recruitment data to uncover bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Evaluate and pilot AI, automation, and digital recruitment tools
- Handle candidate data in line with privacy and information security requirements
- Help continuously improve recruitment processes and tools
- Build a more efficient, data-driven, and candidate-focused recruitment experience
- Report to the Head of People Experience & Operations

- Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong stakeholder management and experience advising hiring managers
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows
- Strong digital skills and confidence using diverse technology tools
- Experience conducting structured interviews and assessments
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently
- Practical experience using Teamtailor
- Experience applying AI or automation in recruitment or HR
- Experience with recruitment analytics, assessment tools, or system integrations
- Curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Final candidates must complete background checks
