Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Business Systems Team Lead at Hyperproof

Descriere

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leaders on operational priorities
  • Own renewal and expansion forecasts, pipeline hygiene, net revenue retention updates, and churn analysis
  • Manage Deal Desk reviews, order form templates, SKU controls, and Salesforce–Maxio reconciliations
  • Analyze pricing and discounts with Finance and Product Marketing
  • Design and administer Salesforce and Nue CPQ
  • Share ownership of the business systems roadmap, including intake, prioritization, and release schedules
  • Manage two-way data synchronization between Planhat and Salesforce
  • Oversee user access, security reviews, licenses, vendor agreements, renewals, invoices, and systems budgets
  • Lead, coach, and manage two direct reports
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user training materials
  • Deliver system audits, data governance, renewal workflows, roadmap initiatives, and process improvements

Cerințe

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems in a B2B SaaS environment
  • At least 2 years leading a team or managing direct reports
  • Advanced Salesforce strategy, architecture, complex Flow, and systems integration experience
  • Hands-on administration of CPQ platforms; Nue CPQ experience is preferred
  • Experience administering a Customer Success platform such as Planhat, Gainsight, or ChurnZero and integrating it with CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS financial models, including ARR, NRR, GRR, logo retention, quote-to-cash, and sales capacity modeling
  • Expertise in reporting, dashboard development, data modeling, and financial system reconciliations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Nue CPQ, Maxio, Planhat, Intercom, Pardot, Outreach, ChiliPiper, LeanData, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus.ai, Gong, 6Sense, Highspot, Slack, Teams, and Zoom
  • A valid non-VoIP phone number is required
