Descriere

  • Lead product design from discovery through launch across desktop, mobile, and responsive experiences.
  • Work with product managers and engineers to question assumptions and shape solutions.
  • Speak with customers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and guide product decisions.
  • Develop user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, polished designs, and implementation-ready experiences.
  • Design onboarding, e-commerce, AI features, administration tools, customer conversations, and emerging platform initiatives.
  • Create polished prototypes with AI-assisted development workflows and refine them through feedback.
  • Assess AI-generated frontend work, improve production code, and connect design with development.
  • Advance Nextiva’s design system, reusable A2UI components, and design standards.
  • Apply customer research, analytics, experiments, and usability tests to improve experiences and business outcomes.
  • Share concepts, lead customer and stakeholder discussions, and explain design choices and tradeoffs.
  • Independently manage several initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Use AI-enabled design, research, and development tools responsibly.
  • Investigate emerging AI technologies and share practices that improve productivity and design quality.

Cerințe

  • At least six years designing digital products, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • A current portfolio showing product thinking, interaction and visual design, accessibility, systems thinking, and measurable customer impact.
  • Experience leading complex product initiatives from discovery to implementation.
  • Ability to reason through ambiguous problems independently, challenge assumptions, and influence product direction.
  • Experience designing implementation-ready experiences for desktop, mobile, and responsive environments.
  • Experience building and evolving scalable design systems, reusable components, and component libraries.
  • Strong grounding in user-centered design, information architecture, usability testing, experimentation, and data-informed design.
  • Skill in customer discovery and communication, including gathering feedback and turning insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Experience working with software engineers through implementation and delivery.
  • Proficiency with modern AI-powered design and development tools.
  • Working knowledge of AI-generated frontend development, Git collaboration, and component-based architecture.
  • Technical fluency in HTML, CSS, modern frontend frameworks, and design systems.
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes and using them to validate solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-directed and adaptable, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and willingness to experiment, adapt, and share approaches.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI-native workflows.
  • Preferred: Experience designing AI-powered products.
  • Preferred: Experience contributing to React component libraries.
  • Preferred: Personal projects showing product design, coding, or AI experimentation.
  • Preferred: Experience running A/B tests.
