Senior HR Business Partner Manager
Senior HR Business Partner supporting Carrier’s U.S. engineering workforce through employee relations, talent management, engagement, compliance, and leadership collaboration.
Descriere
- Create and deliver a range of HR programs
- Resolve complex HR questions and concerns
- Track market trends to identify HR development priorities
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of HR documentation
- Advise on talent management, labor relations, and employee relations matters
- Provide daily HR guidance and support to engineers throughout the U.S.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Review employee feedback with leaders to improve morale and productivity
- Collaborate with leadership, HR business partners, and talent partners on onboarding, career growth, performance reviews, and training
- Help identify high-potential employees and develop growth and development programs
- Work with recruiting to attract engineering talent, participate in interviews, and support effective onboarding
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes, compensation reviews, promotions, and internal mobility
- Resolve workplace concerns, coach employees, and support communication across teams
- Confirm HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local requirements
- Support compliance programs and communicate company policies to employees
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least five years of progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial HR Business Partner experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting Engineering and Technology client groups
- Experience working with global or multi-region organizations
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to guide leadership decisions
- Extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
