Descriere

  • Administer Dynatrace environments across production, non-production, and lab systems
  • Design and deliver enterprise observability for critical business applications
  • Bring new applications onto Dynatrace
  • Set monitoring standards and build dashboards, alerts, and health models
  • Advance observability maturity, proactive detection and prevention, service visibility, and monitoring data quality
  • Deploy and manage OneAgent technologies and support ActiveGate infrastructure
  • Configure real user monitoring (RUM) and synthetic monitoring
  • Investigate application performance problems and bottlenecks; support distributed tracing and service flow analysis
  • Advise application owners on monitoring practices
  • Build Dynatrace Extensions 2.0 and tailored monitoring for applications, databases, and infrastructure
  • Automate monitoring deployments and application onboarding, and create self-service monitoring capabilities
  • Maintain integrations among Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow, including event correlation, ticket automation, and CMDB alignment
  • Manage SolarWinds NPM and assist with SolarWinds NCM, device onboarding and discovery, SNMP monitoring, dashboards, reports, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Join major incident response and war rooms, determine root causes, and improve monitoring
  • Act as the technical escalation contact for monitoring issues
  • Support NERC CIP and cybersecurity compliance, audits, evidence gathering, operational records, and CAB and change management processes
  • Work with application owners, cloud and infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, operations, and business stakeholders

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least five years supporting enterprise monitoring, observability, or performance management solutions
  • At least three years of hands-on Dynatrace administration and engineering
  • Experience bringing enterprise applications onto monitoring platforms
  • Experience supporting large-scale application and infrastructure environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and enterprise operations processes
  • Experience with monitoring automation and scripting tools
  • Working knowledge of SolarWinds NPM and enterprise network monitoring
  • Experience supporting mission-critical production systems
  • Ten years of relevant experience required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of Dynatrace administration, SaaS or Managed deployments, OneAgent, ActiveGate, RUM, synthetic monitoring, APM, Dynatrace Extensions 2.0, Davis AI, service flow analysis, enterprise observability, end-user experience and business service monitoring, dashboards, alert engineering, and event correlation
  • Experience with Dynatrace, SolarWinds NPM, NCM and Network Insight, and ServiceNow Event Management
  • Knowledge of monitoring AWS, Azure, VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes, containers, hybrid cloud, and SaaS
  • Windows Server and Linux administration; VMware, DNS, load balancers, SSL/TLS, Active Directory, enterprise authentication, and network infrastructure fundamentals
  • Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL; database performance monitoring and connectivity troubleshooting
  • PowerShell, Python, Bash, REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, monitoring automation, and infrastructure automation
  • ServiceNow, CMDB integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, SNMP, Syslog, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
  • Strong customer service, stakeholder management, communication, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, mentoring, and leadership skills
