Descriere
- Guide end-to-end product design for key member experience flows.
- Translate business requirements into member needs with product, engineering, and research partners.
- Create user flows, prototypes, and design materials to explain features and functionality, using AI assistance where useful.
- Present design work and project milestones to peers and stakeholders.
- Gather feedback, synthesize it, and incorporate relevant findings.
- Lead projects with clear communication, decisive action, and strong design craft.
- Run usability tests, document results, and turn findings into recommendations.
- Promote a scalable, accessible design system aligned with the brand.
- Explore emerging technologies and agentic design workflows in Figma.

- Apply design thinking and help shape design strategy as well as execution.
- Bring strong attention to detail and refined visual and interaction design skills.

- Keep current with web, mobile, and platform design practices and guidelines.
- Bring at least four years of strong interface design experience across mobile, web, and responsive platforms.
- Use Figma at a professional level, including auto layout, variables, components and variants, interactive prototyping, and Dev Mode.
- Have hands-on experience creating agentic or automated Figma workflows with AI features, plugins, or connected agents.
- Design for diverse audiences, including international users, localization across languages, and accessibility aligned with WCAG.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent work experience.
- Experience with membership, subscription, loyalty, or rewards platforms is valued.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering for design or research is valued.
- Front-end development fluency and experience pairing with developers on platform-agnostic frameworks are valued.
- Experience scaling a design system across multiple teams is valued.
