Descriere

  • Source and engage both active and passive engineering candidates
  • Monitor evolving talent-market trends
  • Serve as the initial contact for applicants and referrals who may become future employees
  • Counsel business leaders on effective hiring practices
  • Continue developing expertise while coaching leaders and interviewers on high-quality interviewing
  • Help stakeholders create compelling, compliant job descriptions
  • Design interview panels and lead debrief discussions
  • Deliver strong, qualified hires
  • Create and maintain engaged talent pipelines
  • Work with Talent Acquisition hiring managers on strategic workforce planning, candidate selection, hiring, and onboarding
  • Build business acumen by connecting engineering team contributions to long-term company objectives

Cerințe

  • At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3 or more years supporting technical or engineering hiring
  • At least 2 years supporting hiring and employment compliance in a regulated industry, government-contractor setting, or complex corporate organization
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence tools to streamline work
  • Preferred: At least 2 years recruiting artificial intelligence professionals or candidates with related skill sets
  • Preferred: Experience recruiting strategic operations roles in product or sales organizations
  • Preferred: In-depth knowledge of EEO laws
  • Preferred: Experience managing immigration within recruiting
  • Preferred: Experience persuading business leaders to adopt new approaches and test alternative talent acquisition methods
  • Preferred: Experience using data to assess trends and uncover hiring obstacles
  • Preferred: Evidence of keeping current with changing developments in AI
  • Preferred: Experience in data-driven recruiting environments, tracking desk and requisition volume, and using data to influence business leaders
