Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of successful quota-carrying B2B technology sales experience.
- A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand, position, and sell complex cybersecurity and technology solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Strong discovery and listening skills, including the ability to identify client challenges and explain business value.
- Self-directed, collaborative, and motivated to grow.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, Microsoft Modern Workplace, and Microsoft Security solutions is preferred.
