Descriere
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through offers and onboarding.
- Administer applications and offers, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Work with hiring and operations managers to meet recruiting needs.
- Address client and management expectations for staffing requirements.
- Carry out sourcing, advertising, and targeted diversity recruitment strategies.
- Tailor job postings to business needs and evaluate applicants through screening and assessment.
- Build and maintain an organized pipeline of active and passive candidates, including hired and separated employees and relationship records.
- Research market conditions, industry trends, and competitors to inform decisions and recruitment marketing.
- Keep applicant tracking and candidate management records accurate.
- Create recruitment materials and post roles through Workable ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, social media, and specialized job boards.
- Attract candidates with security clearances and stay informed about clearance requirements.
- Check candidate referrals and references.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and report findings, research, and market trends to leadership and operations teams.
- Meet hiring goals for talent quality, time to fill, and position description requirements.
- Advise leaders on recruitment strategy and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to proposals and help address talent and resource gaps.
- Take part in panel interviews and recruitment meetings.
- Support event-based sourcing, invitation-only events, and career fairs.
- Assist with leadership hiring initiatives and projects, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Record recruitment activities and follow established processes in the ATS.
- Manage recruitment spending efficiently.
- Coordinate background checks and client approvals with HR and Operations.
- Carry out other assigned duties.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree and six years of sourcing and relevant full-cycle recruiting experience in construction management and/or the A/E/C industry.
- Experience sourcing technical talent across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Scheduling, Estimating, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions in multiple states.
- Experience working in web-based applicant tracking systems.
- Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Clearance Jobs.
- Ability to manage a workload of 15+ requisitions at a time.
- Previous experience as a staffing agency recruiter.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills, including Word and Excel.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to management.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, customer service, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and make changes to work product.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
