Descriere

  • Serve as a first point of contact for colleagues, managers, and leaders with people and program questions.
  • Apply HR policies and programs in line with provincial and federal laws, corporate policies, and collective agreements.
  • Use Dayforce for employee lifecycle support, reporting, and analytics.
  • Advise managers on HR systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Coordinate disability claims, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
  • Support Health and Safety program participation and compliance.
  • Help improve processes and automate HR work.
  • Prepare employee documents and keep HRIS and filing records accurate.
  • Work with the HR team on strategic projects and back up HR Administration.
  • Handle other duties as required.

Cerințe

  • A degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to four years of HR experience, including exposure to talent acquisition, talent or disability management, labour relations, or HR operations in a national organization.
  • Experience using HR information systems; Dayforce HCM experience is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information professionally to colleagues and leaders.
  • Excellent organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and ethically.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Authorization to work legally in Canada.
  • English-French bilingualism is an asset.
