Descriere

  • Build automation solutions from initial intake through development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Review solutions with the Tech Lead to confirm they meet objectives and guidelines.
  • Create and review documentation that supports the long-term maintenance of automated processes.
  • Contribute to team training and professional development.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing processes.
  • Meet with business partners to provide functional and technical support.
  • Find opportunities to automate work and discuss process improvements.
  • Refine existing automations to reduce run times and balance processes.
  • Support the Transformation team’s strategic and tactical automation rollouts.
  • Lead development of automation tools using Blue Prism, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio, Python, and other tools.
  • Keep team automation practices aligned with compliance guidelines and organizational standards.
  • Help colleagues build skills in Python, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio, and AI tools.
  • Improve automation speed and reliability.
  • Connect AI and machine learning tools, including Gemini, OpenAI, and Snowflake Cortex, to workflows.
  • Evaluate tools and frameworks to support proof-of-concept development.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • At least one year of automation development experience.
  • Advanced skills in Blue Prism, Power Automate, and agentic automation.
  • Strong Blue Prism skills.
  • Experience using Power Automate.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, CoPilot Studio, OpenAI, and Snowflake Cortex.
  • Experience working with multiple ERP systems and legacy environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented approach and ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Accountability for shared business goals.
  • Adaptability to changing demands and priorities.
  • Preferred experience with CoPilot Studio, Python, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Concur, Snowflake, PowerBI, IPA, R, SQL, Java, C++, C#, and Selenium.
