Client Service Analyst – IFM Investors
Support client reporting, capital transactions and operational queries at IFM Investors, a global asset manager. Help improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency and the client experience.
Descriere
- Coordinate the timely delivery of client capital call and distribution notices.
- Help prepare client, management and regulatory reports, along with audit confirmations, on schedule.
- Respond to stakeholder questions about reporting deliverables.
- Work with Global Client Solutions, Investment Accounting, Data Capability and other IFM teams on operational matters.
- Handle queries about funds under management, capital activity, and fee and expense reporting.
- Check and oversee work to maintain reporting accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify and implement process changes that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Make client reports more streamlined.
- Contribute to team and wider business projects and initiatives.
Cerințe
- A tertiary qualification in business, management, financial services or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in financial services or asset management.
- Experience in client service or investor relations is preferred.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Broad knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Understanding of superannuation or pension fund operations, especially compliance, client service and tax functions.
- Ability to explain technical financial and investment topics clearly in writing and conversation.
