Aprašymas

  • Coordinate the timely delivery of client capital call and distribution notices.
  • Help prepare client, management and regulatory reports, along with audit confirmations, on schedule.
  • Respond to stakeholder questions about reporting deliverables.
  • Work with Global Client Solutions, Investment Accounting, Data Capability and other IFM teams on operational matters.
  • Handle queries about funds under management, capital activity, and fee and expense reporting.
  • Check and oversee work to maintain reporting accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and implement process changes that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Make client reports more streamlined.
  • Contribute to team and wider business projects and initiatives.

Reikalavimai

  • A tertiary qualification in business, management, financial services or a related field.
  • Two to three years of experience in financial services or asset management.
  • Experience in client service or investor relations is preferred.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Broad knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of superannuation or pension fund operations, especially compliance, client service and tax functions.
  • Ability to explain technical financial and investment topics clearly in writing and conversation.
