On-Site Technical Support Technician in Porto Alegre
Provide on-site technical support in Porto Alegre for users and maintain notebooks, desktops, MacBooks, and software. Work with Windows, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Android devices, and ITSM tickets.
Descriere
- Deliver technical assistance to users both on-site and remotely
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot notebooks, desktops, and MacBooks
- Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, and other business software
- Install, configure, and remove software as needed
- Investigate and resolve hardware and software problems
- Format equipment and carry out cleaning and basic maintenance
- Create, manage, and follow up on tickets in an ITSM platform
- Complete basic configuration tasks for Android phones and other devices
Cerințe
- Completed or ongoing bachelor’s studies in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Practical knowledge of configuring and maintaining MacBooks
- Experience supporting users on-site, at a service desk, through chat, and by email
- Experience managing cloud backups with OneDrive or comparable applications
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing and service-management tools
- Working knowledge of desktop support, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Understanding of notebook and desktop components
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Experience installing and uninstalling software
- Knowledge of Windows and its applications
- Basic hardware expertise covering hard drives, monitors, and notebooks
- Knowledge of equipment formatting and physical and logical cleaning procedures
- Basic ability to configure Android phones
