Descriere

  • Represent Insider One to clients, connecting their needs with the company’s technology.
  • Assess client needs and recommend relevant features and products.
  • Help clients get the most from Insider One’s technology.
  • Track and support customer adoption.
  • Work with engineers, developers, and product specialists to provide technical assistance.
  • Create and maintain plans for key accounts.
  • Find ways to increase value for client organizations.
  • Share insights on market trends, unmet needs, and potential partnerships.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships and support customer satisfaction.
  • Plan approaches to meet customer objectives.
  • Set priorities and drive the resolution of escalated customer issues.
  • Suggest ideas for new products.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong customer relationships, particularly with senior executives.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
