Manage inbound sales opportunities, guide customers toward suitable products, and support order placement for TDCX in Singapore. Meet sales, quality, productivity, and service targets while addressing customer issues and maintaining current product knowledge.

Descriere

  • Convert incoming sales opportunities by explaining product benefits and meeting short-term sales objectives and quotas.
  • Help customers place orders while providing product information and recommendations aligned with their needs.
  • Confirm that proposed products, services, and solutions address customer requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality service while achieving Sales, Quality, and Productivity metrics.
  • Meet or surpass daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Identify, record, and escalate customer issues or emerging trends through the appropriate communication channels.
  • Keep product knowledge current through training workshops and regular review of product materials.
  • Complete additional duties assigned by management within the employment scope and contribute to ongoing improvements in TDCX's Quality Management System.

Cerințe

  • A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
  • Around two years of experience in a related role is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time-management skills and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks.
  • Confidence using computers and multiple systems, with the flexibility to learn new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language used by the supported market.
