Ecommerce UX Researcher and CRO Specialist

Lead conversion experiments, customer research and behavioural analysis for ELEMIS’s UK and US ecommerce businesses. Help improve customer journeys as the company moves toward unified commerce.

Descriere

  • Set the CRO experimentation strategy and roadmap across ELEMIS’s UK and US markets.
  • Manage the CRO agency, tracking delivery, quality, value and resource use.
  • Set up straightforward AB Tasty tests, lead business acceptance testing and coordinate quality assurance.
  • Recommend whether experiments should proceed, with a clear hypothesis, measurement plan and decision for each.
  • Use Contentsquare, GA4, AB Tasty and commercial data to find customer friction and explain performance changes.
  • Track performance after the platform migration, identifying changes, likely causes and recommended actions.
  • Plan targeted research through usability and prototype tests, customer interviews, card sorting, on-site surveys and session replay.
  • Turn qualitative and quantitative evidence, competitor findings and cross-market differences into recommendations.
  • Spot opportunities in key customer journeys and partner with UX/UI, product management and engineering on delivery.
  • Work with ecommerce, brand, product and design stakeholders to set priorities.
  • Present evidence-based recommendations and share customer and performance insights across the business.
  • Maintain the insight library, experiment log and record of key decisions.

Cerințe

  • Substantial experience in ecommerce conversion rate optimisation or digital optimisation.
  • Practical experience planning and conducting UX research, ideally in direct-to-consumer or business-to-consumer retail.
  • Hands-on ownership of experimentation roadmaps and experience running tests in AB Tasty or a comparable platform.
  • Experience designing hypotheses and measurements, leading business acceptance testing and coordinating quality assurance.
  • Direct experience with AB Tasty is strongly preferred.
  • Confidence using behavioural analytics tools such as Contentsquare alongside GA4.
  • Experience combining qualitative research and quantitative evidence into a single recommendation.
  • Experience managing a CRO, research or analytics agency.
  • Commercial judgement and a clear understanding of ecommerce funnels, priorities and conversion.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
