Descriere
- Guide new clients through a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate client service work, keeping deadlines, quality, ownership, and timelines on track.
- Write request briefs and direct them to the teams best placed to handle them.
- Create tactical plans and digital marketing strategies for assigned accounts.
- Keep clients informed, monitor results, and use reports to guide strategic discussions.
- Track client engagement, satisfaction, and performance measures.
- Spot service concerns early and address them before clients raise complaints.
- Build and manage client relationships from onboarding through renewal.
Cerințe
- Previous experience at a digital marketing agency.
- At least two years in B2B digital marketing, client service, or Customer Success.
- Working knowledge of at least two areas: marketing automation, Inbound Marketing, SEO, content, or paid media.
- Experience with project and task management software.
- Daily proficiency with Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Ability to plan campaigns and build automation and lead-nurturing workflows in RD Station or a comparable platform.
- Clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Experience using AI tools in daily work, especially Claude.
- Experience with B2B clients, particularly industrial companies, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with RD Station, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
