Descriere

  • Lead and develop Industrial and Commercial teams across customer service, billing and tenancy changes
  • Meet performance targets while delivering strong customer outcomes
  • Improve processes, systems and workflows to reduce manual work, raise efficiency and achieve lasting cost savings
  • Oversee accurate, timely billing, manage risk and resolve complex customer issues
  • Work with Sales, Account Management, IT, Finance, Risk and other stakeholders
  • Promote innovation, team development and effective implementation of change
  • Help shape operational strategy
  • Strengthen financial performance and maintain compliance across activities
  • Provide Industrial and Commercial customers with reliable, high-quality and compliant service

Cerințe

  • Experience leading customer service or operations teams in a fast-moving, growing business
  • Commercial awareness
  • A record of improving operations and managing change
  • Experience handling complex contracts, high-value customers and billing operations
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to influence people at all levels
  • Able to work in a hybrid arrangement, usually two days a week in the Ipswich office and three days from home
  • Occasional travel to other offices may be required
