Lead InsuranceSuite architecture for property and casualty insurers, guiding cloud implementations, integrations, and technical delivery across Brazil and Latin America.
Descriere
- Lead architecture for complex Guidewire InsuranceSuite programs spanning PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Turn customer requirements into scalable designs for configuration, integrations, data, and cloud operations.
- Make key design decisions on data models, integration patterns, performance, resilience, and extensibility.
- Guide and review technical designs, configuration plans, and integration specifications.
- Resolve complex problems across application, integration, and data layers.
- Review designs and code, and mentor architects and consultants.
- Develop reusable patterns, accelerators, and implementation practices for regional InsuranceSuite projects.
- Work with Product, R&D, and Cloud teams to share field feedback and align solutions with Guidewire Cloud capabilities.
- Manage technical risks and non-functional requirements throughout delivery.
- Support estimation, scoping, and planning for proposals and delivery engagements.
- Advise technical leaders at customer and partner organizations.
- Lead architecture workshops and record decisions with their rationale.
- Lead architecture for strategic Latin American programs, reducing design risk and helping accelerate delivery value.
Cerințe
- Apply AI and data-driven insights to improve design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Bring at least 12 years of experience in enterprise software implementation or architecture.
- Have worked on several large-scale transformation or core systems projects.
- Bring at least four years of hands-on Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation experience, including configuration and integration.
- Demonstrate strong skills in Gosu, Java, or a similar object-oriented language.
- Understand REST and SOAP integrations, messaging, and batch processing.
- Have designed end-to-end architectures covering configuration, integrations, data migration considerations, and non-functional requirements.
- Have experience with cloud platforms, ideally Guidewire Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
- Understand property and casualty insurance concepts and how they map to InsuranceSuite.
- Bring strong communication and consulting skills.
- Have worked in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery settings with distributed teams.
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English at an advanced level.
- Be based in Brazil and able to work remotely in alignment with Latin American customer time zones.
- Know Spanish and/or Portuguese in addition to English.
