CPaaS Registrations Administrator - Zagreb, Croatia (Hybrid)
Manage sender registrations for Infobip’s global cloud communications platform. Coordinate registration activities across customers, mobile network operators, suppliers, and internal teams.
Descriere
- Own and update Infobip’s sender database
- Handle customer sender-registration requests with mobile network operators and suppliers
- Resolve sender inquiries and guide customers and stakeholders through registration workflows
- Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences
- Develop working relationships with mobile network operators and suppliers
- Coordinate accurately and promptly with customers and internal teams
- Support region-specific and product-specific registration procedures
- Manage registrations for OTT channels and related products, including WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, Zalo, Telegram, LINE, Rich Content SMS, Mobile Identity, and Google Business Messages
- Keep detailed records of actions and processes
- Help departments follow established compliance procedures
- Handle technical service requests with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction
- Build expertise in registration workflows, technical processes, and supporting tools through ongoing learning
Cerințe
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience combining and modeling data across tools such as interfaces and databases
- Background in a customer-facing technical position
- Experience assisting customers or partners with technical questions
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and explain solutions clearly
- Practical troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to follow established procedures while applying sound judgment
- Clear, effective communication with customers
- Ability to collaborate across teams, departments, and regions
- Adaptability when work environments or priorities change
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence technology
- Familiarity with TelQ or Assure testing tools, Excel, or ticketing systems is an advantage
