Descriere

  • Help manage and deliver integrated digital advertising campaigns from start to finish.
  • Coordinate branded content, display, paid social, email, video, product testing and community campaigns.
  • Work with Editorial, Content, Ad Operations, Sales, Insights and Strategic Planning teams to coordinate campaign deliverables.
  • Keep campaigns on schedule, track deliverables and organise creative assets.
  • Assist with campaign content, including promotional copy and feedback on creative work.
  • Help launch campaigns, check quality and support ongoing optimisation.
  • Serve as the regular point of contact for clients and media agencies.
  • Share campaign updates, set clear expectations and respond to questions.
  • Arrange client meetings, campaign kick-offs and status calls.
  • Track campaign measures such as impressions, clicks, engagement and content views.
  • Create performance updates and reports analysing completed campaigns.
  • Turn campaign data into useful client insights and recommendations.
  • Help prepare campaign proposals, media plans, costings and client presentations.
  • Share campaign findings and client feedback to strengthen Mumsnet’s commercial offering.
  • Keep up with developments in digital advertising, social media and branded content.

  • Use Microsoft Office or Google Workspace effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, with some experience engaging senior contacts.
  • Communicate professionally with people at different levels, both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Previous work at a media owner, publisher, media agency or creative agency is desirable.
  • Understanding of digital advertising formats such as display, social media, email or branded content is desirable.
  • Experience with campaign reporting, performance measures or tools such as Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager is desirable.
  • Experience assisting with client presentations, campaign reporting or media planning is desirable.
  • Interest in audience insights, consumer behaviour and creative brand partnerships is desirable.
