Alliances Success Manager - Remote in Argentina
Lead onboarding, adoption, and engagement for Humand’s alliance partners across its HR Tech platform. Use adoption metrics, AI-supported insights, and partner webinars to identify opportunities and generate sales-qualified opportunities.
Descriere
- Lead Humand onboarding for alliance partners, covering both internal use and external events.
- Train each partner’s implementation team on the platform and help them operate independently.
- Monitor partner progress throughout onboarding and after launch.
- Strengthen early user engagement through effective strategies and proven practices.
- Review adoption metrics and recommend data-informed improvements.
- Provide fast, consultative guidance using adoption and usage data, with AI support, to surface risks, opportunities, and proactive recommendations.
- Build positive, trusted relationships with alliance partners from the first interaction.
- Identify partner-specific needs and deliver tailored solutions with added value.
- Plan and co-host partner webinars focused on generating sales-qualified opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to advance alliance success.
Cerințe
- At least three years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding or implementation, account management, or alliances, including ownership of end-to-end implementations or adoption programs.
- Advanced Spanish and Portuguese proficiency are required.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS companies, ideally in HR Tech, employee experience, internal communications, or events.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and accounts concurrently from initiation through completion.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with experience using metrics, tracking tools such as HubSpot CRM, dashboards or BI platforms, and AI to develop proactive recommendations.
- Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented working style, with comfort operating hands-on in an agile, evolving environment.
- Creativity in developing innovative solutions tailored to each alliance.
