Descriere

  • Coordinate day-to-day Analyst Relations & Insights projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to analyst evaluations, client co-marketing, and the curation and distribution of firm research.
  • Build and maintain Analyst Relations and Insights libraries and standards.
  • Keep content current and accessible, including material on the intranet.
  • Work with the Social Media Manager and Project Manager to announce analyst-relations wins.
  • Select, prepare, and share analyst insights with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and submission of client marketing work, including flagship stories, case studies, awards, and speaking proposals.
  • Create and deliver materials and communications that support sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Carry out strategic relationship plans with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and Everest Group.
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and research participation.
  • Make substantive contributions to analyst evaluations, including IDC MarketScape, Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and Everest Group PEAK Matrix submissions.
  • Provide editorial and cross-functional support, taking on greater responsibility for evaluation workstreams and strategic positioning.

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience in communications, marketing, account management, business analysis, or a related area.
  • Able to independently manage complex workstreams involving multiple teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Able to learn reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into practical insights.
  • Able or willing to learn core design principles, especially for Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Able to manage several projects at once while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
