Ukrainian Technical Support Specialist, Bucharest (Hybrid)
Provide automotive technical support in Ukrainian for Expleo in Bucharest, resolving and tracking cases, escalating complex issues, and keeping support documentation up to date.

- Assess support requests and recommend solutions using the available information and technical knowledge.
- Escalate unresolved Level 1 cases to the appropriate technical team under established procedures.
- Track support requests from receipt through resolution and closure.
- Notify the manager promptly about incidents identified while handling requests.
- Cover colleagues’ support requests during absences to help maintain business continuity.
- Translate support requests and other documents when asked by the manager.
- Follow internal procedures and work instructions.
- Consider warranty costs when handling requests and recommend part replacement where appropriate.
- Suggest additions or updates to knowledge base entries and databases.
- Follow the client’s quality management system requirements.
Prasības
- A technical university degree, preferably in automotive, mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering.
- Fluent German.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Strong interest in the automotive industry.
