Apraksts

  • Advise on employee relations and employee engagement matters
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee the HRIS
  • Assess departmental needs and improve HR processes in line with company strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Draft and revise company policies while handling administrative duties
  • Partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to redesign and manage social media pages
  • Create and deliver candidate communications across social media and recruitment platforms
  • Launch social media and online recruitment campaigns
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies
  • Advise Talent Acquisition on culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction
  • Support onboarding, performance management, benefits, employee welfare, vacations, and terminations

Prasības

  • At least two years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and employer branding
  • Experience using HRIS platforms
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Creative problem-solving skills for developing employer brand initiatives
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • A responsible, proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Resilience and a commitment to continuous learning in a startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A personal Mac or Windows laptop
  • A personal iOS or Android mobile device
