Advise on employee relations and employee engagement matters
Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee the HRIS
Assess departmental needs and improve HR processes in line with company strategies, policies, and procedures
Draft and revise company policies while handling administrative duties
Partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to redesign and manage social media pages
Create and deliver candidate communications across social media and recruitment platforms
Launch social media and online recruitment campaigns
Develop and implement employer branding strategies
Advise Talent Acquisition on culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction
Support onboarding, performance management, benefits, employee welfare, vacations, and terminations

At least two years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and employer branding
Experience using HRIS platforms
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
