- Sort returned patient mail and electronically send statements with relevant information.
- Investigate customer accounts using patient files and eligibility websites, and resolve issues thoroughly.

- Maintain patient information across multiple systems.
- Adjust accounts and recommend changes to the supervisor as needed.
