Apraksts

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers by phone, email, chat, and other channels.
  • Resolve complex questions and escalations, guiding customers toward solutions.
  • Help customers navigate Nutrafol’s website and product range.
  • Build expert knowledge of Nutrafol products.
  • Create thoughtful, customer-specific solutions that go beyond scripted responses.
  • Manage growing queues and priorities, take on assigned projects, and help improve customer experience operations.
  • Report to the Manager of Customer Experience.

Prasības

  • Bring 1–3 years of direct customer support experience by phone, email, or chat, including answering routine questions and resolving complaints; e-commerce or fast-moving startup experience is preferred.
  • Use Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace proficiently.
  • Communicate exceptionally well in writing and conversation.
  • Show curiosity about health and wellness science and the ability to discuss products knowledgeably.
  • English/Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
