  • Lead development and refinement of agentic AI, LLM, and machine learning and deep learning solutions.
  • Build, train, and deploy propensity models that forecast customer behavior, churn risk, and lifecycle events.
  • Unify overlapping propensity models around a shared view of customer state.
  • Run model pipelines from advanced feature engineering through deployment and production monitoring.
  • Advise as a subject matter expert in agentic development, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
  • Guide and mentor junior data scientists on technical work.
  • Manage the lifecycle of models used in high-impact applications.
  • Improve model accuracy and measurable business outcomes over time.
  • Share model findings, performance measures, and strategic recommendations with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Help Verizon move to a modern, agile pod-based operating model.
  • Enable customer microsegmentation and tailored engagement across lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Help marketers improve customer journeys and reduce churn in key segments.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least six years of relevant work experience.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience gained through professional work or military service.
  • Experience delivering high-priority or highly visible technical initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests or uplift models for audience targeting.
  • Strong command of machine learning and deep learning methods, including transformers, transfer learning, and natural language processing.
  • Proficiency with PyTorch and scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of probability calibration and time-based validation.
  • Experience using Python, R, and SQL for advanced statistical modeling and large-scale data extraction.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience with production MLOps tools for tracking and maintaining model workflows.
  • Additional experience with LLM agent architectures, Google ADK, LangChain or LangGraph, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, MCP or A2A protocols, ONNX-based embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search is advantageous.
  • Additional experience with cloud-scale data engineering, BigQuery pipelines, GCP Cloud Run, or Vertex AI is advantageous.
