Client Representative – Employee Benefits (Dallas, TX, Onsite)

Lead employee-benefits client relationships, renewals, and enrollment initiatives for Voya Financial. Grow and retain Regional Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts across Texas through consultative partnership and market insight.

Aprašymas

  • Own the education, development, growth, and retention of assigned Regional Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts
  • Align benefit recommendations with each client’s culture, objectives, and HR priorities
  • Meet with clients and brokers in person outside the regular annual-meeting cycle
  • Maintain trusted relationships with prominent clients and broker partners
  • Facilitate client and partner meetings while developing consultative materials
  • Coordinate renewal discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Assign team members clear actions, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Assess and implement ways to raise participation and expand coverage lines
  • Find opportunities for client education and build corresponding training plans
  • Work with sales colleagues to develop coordinated account strategies
  • Create and present marketing and enrollment approaches suited to client needs and Voya’s capabilities
  • Build and implement book-of-business plans supporting organizational priorities, profitability, and persistency goals
  • Meet brokers and market partners in person to gather market intelligence and track emerging trends
  • Turn market trends, competitive intelligence, technology and platform knowledge, and client needs into useful materials for clients and brokers

Reikalavimai

  • A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in employee benefits or insurance is preferred
  • Active insurance licensing is required
  • Apply strong consultative judgment and take a broad view when solving problems and making decisions
  • Knowledge of the relevant segment or specialty is preferred
  • Demonstrate exceptional relationship management, interpersonal, and partnership abilities
  • Bring presale expertise that supports influencing and selling Voya’s value proposition
  • Use critical thinking to interpret data and develop sound recommendations
  • Communicate effectively through presentations, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management
  • Anticipate client needs and provide appropriate education
  • Bring substantial expertise in strategic re-enrollment
  • Manage work effectively through organization, planning, time management, and delegation
  • Lead confidently while coaching and mentoring colleagues
  • Understand underwriting principles and risk concepts thoroughly
  • Understand Voya’s full product portfolio and how its offerings relate to one another
  • Demonstrate strong business and financial judgment
  • Use computer systems confidently
  • Travel when business needs require it
