- Find and assess marketing and creative candidates through calls, job boards, social networks, and internal databases.
- Interview candidates by video, phone, or in person to evaluate their skills, work history, and salary needs.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified marketing and creative professionals for current and prospective clients.
- Match candidates to client job orders.
- Stay in touch with marketing and creative professionals working on contract assignments.
- Address customer service concerns promptly and effectively.
- Identify leads and market insights that support new client development.
