Senior HR Business Partner at Now Optics — United States Remote
Lead regional HR strategy for Now Optics’ optical retail operations. Coach leaders, guide employee relations, and shape talent and workforce planning.

- Lead a regional team of HR Specialists and Recruiters supporting store leaders
- Create scalable solutions for workforce planning, talent assessment, change management, and team development
- Serve as a strategic HR partner, thought partner, and coach across the organization
- Evaluate team, manager, and organizational development needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Deliver business-focused data analysis and reporting
- Advance talent management, employee growth, and individual development planning
- Oversee the performance management cycle and employee engagement assessments
- Handle employee relations matters and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Monitor, audit, and investigate employee matters and applicable regulations
- Advise managers and supervisors on HR practices, policies, and employment law
- Coach colleagues through performance concerns, misconduct, and policy violations
- Work with Legal and Operations to create and update policies and procedures
- Identify and lead training initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Protect confidentiality and exercise sensitivity when handling HR matters
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce and succession planning
- Produce reporting and actionable workforce insights

- Bring 5–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in an equivalent role
- Understand U.S. local, state, and federal labor and EEO requirements
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction across ages, personalities, cultures, and educational backgrounds
- Travel to stores for 25–35% of the schedule, including some overnight travel
- Apply sound judgment when assessing business-related risk
- Demonstrate consulting, coaching, and facilitation abilities
- Communicate effectively and apply strong critical-thinking skills
- Show empathy and experience fostering an others-first employee culture
- Use data to uncover insights and drive action
- Influence stakeholders and solve strategic problems effectively
- Maintain a strong personal ethic
- BA or BS degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
