- Shape and manage Capital.com’s CRM approach to strengthen client engagement and revenue across markets
- Set CRM channel strategy covering audiences, cadence, sequencing, and contact policies
- Coordinate the integrated CRM campaign calendar and resolve competing priorities
- Lead market-specific, educational, and automated campaigns focused on engagement and revenue
- Develop lifecycle segmentation, personalisation, and experimentation strategies
- Convert local-market priorities into practical CRM plans
- Measure campaign performance, produce reporting, and lead optimisation efforts
- Work with CRM Operations and MarTech on delivery, tooling, and data needs

- Substantial CRM or lifecycle marketing experience within a complex, multi-market organisation
- A track record of generating measurable gains in engagement, revenue, or client value
- Advanced knowledge of segmentation, personalisation, automation, and experimentation
- Strong analytical ability and campaign performance expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, customer data, marketing technology, and AI-supported campaign automation
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred
