Remote Clinical Trial Coordinator in Argentina
Support clinical trial site activation, regulatory documentation, feasibility work, and site communications for a global clinical research organization. Maintain trial systems, study files, metrics, and investigator site materials.

- Coordinate assigned clinical trial activities in line with the task matrix
- Review departmental, internal, country, and investigator files and document findings
- Deliver assigned work on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Support Activate and eTMF systems while keeping study databases up to date
- Process Client (e)TMF documents, complete reviews, distribute communications, and prepare reports
- Analyze and reconcile study metrics and findings reports
- Coordinate and distribute Investigator Site File materials, pharmacy binders, and study supplies
- Support translation materials and perform translation quality checks
- Stay current on SOPs, client instructions, and applicable regulatory guidance
- Assist with client and internal meeting coordination, regulatory tracking, and RBM activities
- Maintain study records, training logs, system access, team lists, and activity plans
- Submit documents to clients and centralized IRB/IEC bodies
- Maintain vendor trackers and assist with regulatory submissions
- Work with sites to collect site-selection documentation
- Assemble regulatory compliance review packages
- Coordinate with internal teams to align site start-up activities
- Complete Site Interest Plans and collect site documentation when required
- Record site communications, follow-ups, and survey responses in real time
- Check survey data for logical consistency, completeness, and accuracy
- Work with teammates and clinical staff to address site issues and risks
- Monitor site-contact plans and escalate concerns or non-compliance
- Apply local knowledge of site capacity and experience to recommend additional sites
- Partner with Global Investigator Services to resolve investigator questions and maintain contact details
- Contribute to global feasibility workflows and continuous improvement practices
- Train new team members on relevant processes and systems
- Use local market knowledge to identify and develop new clinical trial sites
Талаптар
- High school or secondary diploma, or equivalent, plus relevant academic or vocational training
- Comparable professional experience of 0–1 year
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong English communication and grammar skills, with local-language proficiency where required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capacity to learn and use clinical trial database systems
- Working knowledge of applicable country regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practice, and organizational or client SOPs and WPDs
- Ability to complete the organization’s clinical training program successfully
- Accuracy in following project work instructions
- Ability to identify risks and escalate them appropriately
- Occasional driving to site locations and potential occasional travel required
